Your mental health,
all in one place.
Mind Matter is an iPhone app for tracking your mood, journaling privately, working through self-guided CBT and DBT programs, and reflecting with an AI companion — so the patterns in how you feel stop being invisible.
A wellness app — not therapy, and not a replacement for professional care.
What Mind Matter is
A private place to notice how you're actually doing.
Mind Matter is a personal mental wellness app for iPhone, made by Mind Matter LLC. It gives you a single, private place to log how you feel, write freely, complete well-known wellbeing questionnaires, follow self-guided therapy-informed programs, and see the patterns that emerge over weeks and months.
Most people carry their mental health around in fragments — a mood you forgot by Thursday, a bad week you can't quite explain, a thing that helped once but you can't remember what it was. Mind Matter exists to hold those fragments together and hand them back to you as something you can actually read.
It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything. There is no clinician on the other end. It is a tool for self-awareness and healthy habits, designed to sit alongside professional care — never to replace it.
Features
Everything you'd otherwise keep in five different apps.
Built as one connected picture, so your sleep, your mood and what you wrote on a hard night all live in the same place.
Daily check-ins
Log your mood in seconds. Streaks, day-by-day history and a consistency view that rewards showing up, not perfection.
Private journal
Write freely, with prompts when the page feels blank. Your entries stay yours — never mined, never sold, never used for ads.
Reflect with Bandura
An AI companion that has read your recent check-ins and can talk something through — venting, overthinking, or winding down at night.
Self-guided programs
Structured CBT and DBT-informed sessions covering depression, anxiety, ADHD and trauma. Work at your own pace, no scheduling.
Wellbeing check-ins
Standardized questionnaires including PHQ-9, GAD-7, ADHD and PTSD screeners — tracked over time as indicators, never as a diagnosis.
Trends & insights
Mood charts over weeks, months and years, with rolling averages and correlations that surface what actually moves your baseline.
Tools for hard moments
Box breathing, grounding exercises, DBT skills and an SOS calm mode — the things you need when you can't face reading anything.
The rest of your life
Sleep, movement, nutrition, medications and cycle tracking, because how you feel is rarely only about your feelings.
Your crisis plan
Write your plan while you're steady — warning signs, people to call, what helps — plus the helpline for the country you're in.
Apple Health, optional
Connect sleep and steps if you want the picture filled in automatically. Read-only, revocable, and never used for advertising.
Share with your clinician
Generate a clean summary of your tracked history to bring to an appointment, so you're not reconstructing six weeks from memory.
Yours to take or delete
Export everything as a standard file, or permanently delete your entire account and its contents, whenever you want.
A look inside
Designed to be calm at 2am.

Reflection, not diagnosis
Someone to think out loud with.
Bandura is Mind Matter's AI companion. It comes into a session already knowing what you've logged recently, so you don't have to start from scratch every time — and it can pick up a thread from weeks ago that you'd forgotten.
- Jump straight in — “I'm anxious”, “I need to vent”, “help me sleep”
- Notices patterns across sessions and surfaces them back to you
- Talk or type, whichever you have the energy for
- Available at 3am, which is usually when you need it
Privacy
This app holds the most personal thing you own.
We built it accordingly. The short version: your content is yours, we don't sell it, we don't run ads, and you can take it or destroy it at any moment.
Never sold
We do not sell your personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone, for any reason.
No ad tracking
No advertising SDKs and no analytics companies riding along. Your journal is not marketing material.
Encrypted & scoped
Everything travels over encrypted connections, and access rules are enforced at the database level so records stay bound to their owner.
Health data stays put
Anything read from Apple Health is used only to fill in your own logs — never for advertising, never shared onward.
Export anytime
Take a complete copy of your data as a standard, portable file whenever you like. No support ticket required.
Delete for real
Delete individual entries or your whole account — every log, entry and conversation — permanently, from inside the app.
The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy, including exactly which service providers process what.
